Do I need to be home while you clean?
Not at all. In fact, many of our clients prefer to return to a home that is already immaculate. You can provide us with a key, a door code, or leave a key with a concierge. Rest assured, all our staff are fully vetted, background-checked, and insured.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes, we provide everything needed to get the job done, from industrial-grade vacuums to specialized cleaning solutions. If you have specific eco-friendly products or a particular vacuum you'd prefer we use on delicate surfaces, just let us know!
How do you determine your rates?
Our rates are based on the square footage of the space, the current condition of the property, and the type of service (Standard, Deep Clean, or Move-In/Move-Out). For commercial spaces, we also factor in high-traffic areas and specific sanitation requirements.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that life happens! We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the slot to another client and keep our team's schedule consistent.
What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?
"Immaculate" is our standard. If we ever miss a spot, contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to reclean the area at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction is our primary metric for success.
